Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia, this coffee is a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties grown at an altitude of 1200-1600 meters on volcanic loam soil. The beans are hand-picked and then wet-hulled before being dried on raised beds, ensuring a high-quality and flavorful cup of coffee.
